The creator then read a B1079 daytime-running-light circuit fault. He had already explained that the Honda used aftermarket LED bulbs and that its daytime-running-light behavior had been changed, giving the readout useful context instead of treating the code as an isolated screen result.
A trouble code does not prove which component needs replacement. Here, the useful takeaway is correlation: the tool accessed the relevant body module and retrieved a lighting-related fault that was consistent with a modification the owner already knew about.
