It sends custom commands and retrieves real-time data to execute targeted functions, including window, mirror, and door lock testing, as well as throttle adjustment — allowing you to pinpoint faults quickly.
While ordinary OBD scanners only read fault codes and give limited clues, the JU2000 goes further with full bidirectional capability. JU2000 is the update version of UR1000.
Hardware upgrade: JU2000 features upgraded hardware (10-inch touchscreen, Android OS, Quad-Core processor, 64GB storage, 10000mAh battery).
Protocol upgrade: JU2000 standard equipped with RJ45 Network Cable, F-Chassis and USB2.0 to 10/100M Network Cable for DoIP protocol.
More advanced functions will be added to JU2000.
Not necessarily. Send your VIN to our support team and we'll confirm AutoVIN compatibility within 24 hours. In the meantime, you can manually select your vehicle model — all diagnostic functions will still work normally. We'll add your VIN to our database in the next update.
Please keep ignition on and engine off. Record freeze frame data first before clearing codes.
Persistent hardware faults need physical repair prior to code clearance.
Some fault codes of systems like SRS and ABS can only be cleared after finishing bidirectional tests.
Step 1. Insert the VCI into vehicle OBD port, turn ignition to ON position.
Step 2. Enable Bluetooth on tablet, search and connect "JU2000 VCI".
Step 3. Green VCI icon means successful pairing.
Step 4. Select Bluetooth connection to start diagnosis.
